Barbara Bentree is an award-winning vocalist who worked for two decades in Los Angeles. Bentree took First Place in the prestigious Hennessey Jazz Search with her acapella vocal group TERRA NOVA. Barbara has directed theatre companies, and produced music for television shows, most notably as a part of The New Mickey Mouse Club production team on The Disney Channel. Now an award-winning filmmaker, Bentree previously directed and produced a documentary film titled "My Choice" about women's reproductive issues and another film titled "Should You Go?" about High School Reunions. She is currently working on her forth Documentary film titled, "Origami In the Garden" and is developing several other screenplays, podcasts and web series. Ms. Bentree has served on the Board for New Mexico Women In Film and has been a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. |
John Rangel is a Musician and Producer living in Santa Fe. He previously owned a recording studio and performed in Los Angeles for over a decade. In addition to being a sought after Music Producer, Composer and Pianist, he has been involved in the music production teams for the following films and television programs; "Cold Mountain," "Levity," "Appaloosa," "Heartbreakers," "Thor," "Flags of Our Fathers" and a recurring role on "The John Laroquette Show" to name a few. John was also part of the music staff for several television shows produced by The Disney Channel. Rangel is currently partnered with Barbara Bentree in the development of several original screenplays, podcasts, and a jazz series for television. |
